Cap's Got Spirit, Yes They Do
For Capuchino High's spirit squad, cheerleading is just as much a sport as football or basketball.
's Art of Video and IB Film program recently caught up with the school's spirit squad to see how they've been preparing for the school year. In this video, the cheerleaders explain their work ethic, dispel myths about being cheerleaders and show off some of their skills.
The Art of Video and IB Film program is a digital filmmaking program for teens at Capuchino High School. The course studies the art of filmmaking through experience with hands on-projects and the study of film. Dominic Bigue founded the program in 2000. He's also the instructional technology coordinator for the San Mateo Unified High School District.
