Capuchino High Spotlights High-Achieving Students

The students of the school's Art of Video and IB Film program recently produced videos that highlight some of their peers doing great work on campus.

In this week's edition of Capuchino Corner, produced by the students of 's Art of Video and IB Film program, four students are recognized by their peers for their accomplishments inside and outside of the classroom. Those recognized include:

  • a junior who is creative with both art and fashion,
  • a senior who is a 4.0 athlete,
  • a sophomore who is an active member of the school's Interact Club and
  • a freshman who does a good job of showing pride for her school.

The Art of Video and IB Film program is a digital filmmaking program for teens at Capuchino High School. The course studies the art of filmmaking through experience with hands on-projects and the study of film. Dominic Bigue founded the program in 2000. He's also the instructional technology coordinator for the San Mateo Unified High School District.
