Capuchino High Students, Staff Share Winter Break Stories

The experiences ranged from a family trip to Amsterdam to lounging on the beaches of El Salvador to a Noon Year's Eve party.

Winter breaks in high school are meant to be treasured. Every day counts because, when it is time to return to school, it's back to the old grind.

students and staff took advantage of their time off. Some people's experiences were quite adventurous, from a family trip to Amsterdam to lounging on the beaches of El Salvador to a Noon Year's Eve party. In this week's edition of Capuchino Corner, the students of the school's Art of Video and IB Film program ask students and staff to share their winter break stories.

The Art of Video and IB Film program is a digital filmmaking program for teens at Capuchino High School. The course studies the art of filmmaking through experience with hands on-projects and the study of film. Dominic Bigue founded the program in 2000. He's also the instructional technology coordinator for the San Mateo Unified High School District.
