Skyline College will hold a vigil and fundraiser on the main quad of the campus to honor victims of the recent .
Monetary donations for the fire victims will be accepted during the vigil, and collection will be coordinated by the Skyline College San Bruno Fire Taskforce. The taskforce includes members of the Associated Students of Skyline College, the Classified Council, the Academic Senate and Management Council.
All donations collected by the taskforce will be sent to the city for deposit to the Glenview Fire Recovery Fund. Donations will continue to be accepted after the vigil, and they can be dropped off or mailed to the Student Activities Office at Skyline, 3300 College Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066.
