San Bruno Teachers: What Positive Lesson Has Another Teacher Taught You?

The U.S. education secretary posed the question to all teachers on Twitter. What lessons do San Bruno teachers have to share?

U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan posed an interesting question on his Twitter account on Wednesday that I'm sure many teachers here have asked themselves.

His tweet simply stated: "Teachers: What is one positive lesson you learned from another teacher this year?"

A number of responses took jabs at the emphasis on test scores in public schools, but others showed that the reason why teachers are so beloved is because they know how to be good students themselves.

@danielsobczak@arneduncan students and teachers are so much more than test scores and shouldn't be reduced to a single score. #teachtalk
