San Bruno Patch recently obtained the Form 700s for all school board members and administrators required to file for 2012 in the San Bruno Park School District.
As part of our ongoing Your Right to Know series, we are sharing these documents with the public.
The forms show any investments or real estate an official owns that could possibly cause a conflict, as well as income earned by a spouse.
Once again, there aren't too many surprises with the school district's statements of economic interests.
Superintendent David Hutt's Form 700 shows his wife's employment with Champions, one of three childcare programs that operate within the school district.
Suzette Hutt is the site director for the program at John Muir and still earns between $10,000 and $100,000, but she doesn't report directly to the superintendent. Hutt still hasn't disclosed who supervises his wife within the district.
For the first time in years, the school district disclosed whom it has hired to handle legal issues. According to the statements, Elizabeth Mori acts as the district's legal consultant, although it is unclear how much she is paid.
The statements also reveal that Mori is part owner of her husband's business, California Signal Corp., based in Burlingame, which generates more than $100,000 in revenue annually.
The school district also has incorrectly listed Parkside Intermediate Principal Angela Addiego as one of the school board members.
