VIDEO: Parents Speak Out About School Closures (More Footage)

Parents, residents, teachers and kids were all vocal during the meeting the San Bruno Park School Board held last week about school closures. San Bruno Patch captured a number of their comments.

The nearly three-hour meeting, during which the school board voted against closing any schools, was too long to include everyone's comments in the initial story.

But this video captures more of the speakers—mostly parents—who urged the school board to vote against closing any schools.

Did Hutt and the Board expect this, and simply did not find the responses significant enough to comment on publicly. Or, was Hutt oblivious to the prospect of community backlash? I'd like to know.
