With New Arts Building, Cap Looks to Visually Inspire Students

San Bruno Patch gets a tour of the new building with art teacher Maria Sky, who spearheaded the project.

recently held a grand opening for its new arts building, a $6 million project that was paid for with Measure M and grant funding as well as money from the San Mateo Union High School District.

The completely redone building is both functional and visually appealing, and the school hopes it will pave the way for the next generation of great artists from San Bruno.
