Fitness Boot Camp
Fast paced, high intensity exercise class. We will work on improving cardio vascular endurance, strength and flexibility using calisthenics, free weights, medicine balls, agility ladders, stairs and more. You WILL see results all while having a great time in a supportive group atmosphere.
Open to all fitness levels. Babies in strollers welcome. Bring a mat, water and a towel. Ages 18-over. Under 18 ok with parent permission.
