President Obama is expected to welcome the World Series Champion San Francisco Giants to the White House on Monday, continuing a long tradition in the nation's capitol.
The president will recognize the Giants and their efforts to give back to their community three months after their scheduled date to meet.
Why the delay? During the weekend of April 29 to May 1, a tense president turned his full attention to Operation Neptune Spear, the covert mission to bring down Osama bin Laden.
