“I drove by Elm Street at Bayhill Drive this morning and saw the subsidence failure in the northbound lane.”
“It's nearly the full length of the street, and it looks like something caused by an ongoing leak in a water main. I'll bet they haven't found it's full extent yet and that the roadbed will need to be rebuilt.”
