ARBOR DAY TREE PLANTING

The City of San Bruno will be planting a tree in 7th Avenue Park – on 7th Avenue between Angus and Pine Avenues. 10 a.m.

AYSO SOCCER

San Bruno AYSO Soccer Games at Crestmoor field on Cortland, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Team sponsors are still needed.

SAN BRUNO SHAKESPEARE IN THE PARK

Mark your calendars now for the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival’s one hour outdoor production of “Julius Caesar” at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 20 in front of the Rotary Pavilion at San Bruno City Park, on Oak Avenue and Crystal Springs Road. Admission is free. For details, call 650-616-7017.

UNHEARD FOOTSTEPS, A HAUNTED HOUSE

What’s Halloween without a spooky haunted house? The halls of San Bruno Park Pool will be transformed into a haunted house and open for tours from 6:30 to 10 p.m. Oct. 25-31 in San Bruno City Park at Crystal Springs and Oak avenues. Advance tickets are on sale at the San Bruno Recreation Center at $4 through Oct. 24 and $5 starting Oct. 25. Recommended for ages 7 and older. For details, call 650-616-7180. 

GOBLIN GROTTO

Trick-or-treating, carnival games and plenty of fun are waiting for children at the annual Goblin Grotto at the San Bruno Recreation Center on Oct. 30.  Pre-registration is required. Phone San Bruno Community Services at (650) 616-7180.
