Mitchell SCUBA College

Mitchell SCUBA College is owned & operated by Wayne D. Mitchell. After a successful career with the San Francisco Fire Department, Wayne created this business in 1991. He has more than 20,000 hours of dive experience, and is the only instructor in San Bruno certified by the NAUI (National Association of Underwater Instructors), the world's largest non-profit diver training organization.
