In 2007, theMore bookstore moved into the Student and Community Center, adjacent to the cafeteria & coffee shop. Skyline College opened in 1969 as one of the three community colleges in San Mateo County. It is a beautiful campus: 111More wooded acres located between the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay. They offer a variety of classes for students (high school age and older) who would like to pursue Associate's Degrees, transfer to four-year universities, get certification and/or obtain job skills.

Joel K. Straus is an attorney who specializes in family and criminal law. In addition to his practice, Strauss hasMore taught law at San Francisco State University, served as a judge pro tem of the San Mateo County Superior Court and as a private judge. He also has been active in the San Mateo Bar Association, chairing many bar assoication committees and serving as president. Straus is a graduate of Hastings College of the Law and has practiced since 1972.

John Muir Elementary is a K-5 school in the San Bruno Park School District. The school uses a number of enrichmentMore programs that help foster the students' learning, including its Computer Academy, which assists students in becoming proficient in math and reading, Scholastic Reading Counts, Animal Watch, which provides all sixth grade students with web-based math instruction and SuperStar Learning. </p> <p>The school also benefits from an English Learner program and the College of San Mateo’s Cal Teach program, which teaches science to a fifth grade class. John Muir has a gardening club as well. </p> <p>The school is one of five schools in the district to have an API of 800 or higher.</p> <p>The principal is Fran Dunleavy.</p>
