Man Fatally Struck on El Camino Real ID'd
The crash happened Sunday evening in Millbrae.
An 81-year-old man who was hit by an SUV and killed while walking in Millbrae on Sunday evening has been identified as Sinil Park, of San Francisco, according to the San Francisco medical examiner's office.
Park was crossing El Camino Real at Millwood Drive at 5:37 p.m. when he was hit by a black Nissan SUV heading north in the left lane of El Camino Real, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office.
Park was taken to a hospital in San Francisco, where he died from his injuries.
The driver stopped and cooperated with the investigation, the sheriff's office said.
